Born in Chaco, Argentina, Juan Sorrentino is an artist, musician, and composer who has built his work in different formats including multimedia concerts, sound installations, videos, and electronic-acoustic music. His career has been build into various places in South America, the United States, and Europe where he received numerous awards such as UNESCO-Aschberg Scholarships for Artists, the Bourges Residence Prize, the National Fund for the Arts (FNAC), the Goethe Institute of Cordoba, and the Spanish Ministry of Culture Reina Sofía. He currently lives and works in Buenos Aires.
