Helena Kontova  (1955, Prague, Czech Republic) is an Art critic and curator in Milan, Italy, where she has been the editor of Flash Art International since 1979. She is also co-founder and co-director along with Giancarlo Politi of the Prague Biennale.
In 2004, she founded Nadace Prague Biennale, a foundation in charge of the Prague Biennale, which focuses on emerging artists coming from all around the world.
