Nicole L’Huillier

Nicole L’Huillier is a Chilean interdisciplinary artist, with works in the fields of music and architecture. She currently resides in Boston and works at the MIT Media Laboratory as a researcher for the group ‘Opera of The Future’. Her work explores the experience of space, perception and the relation between sound and space, at  the intersection of art, music, architecture, science and technology. She seeks to create experiences that reconnects  humans with a sense of wonder through works which alter human cognition. She has exhibited her work at the 2016 Venice Biennale of Architecture, the SXSW 2016 Festival, the FIIS 2016 Festival, the New Museum in New York, the Guggenheim Museum in New York and the Sonar Sound Festival in Santiago, among others.
