Miguel Hernández is a musician and cultural manager. He has developed his work in several areas related to sound, such as technological applications, experimental music, sound landscape, improvisation and curating and developing activities related to the environment.
His work is the result of conducting field research, which has resulted  in compositions generated through electronic resources and analogues. Creator of SONEC: Sonoteca of Experimental Music and Sound Art of Chile, he is currently developing  reminiscence research based on sounds of Valparaiso.
